As this is a new system you old login information will no longer work. A login is no longer required to book and is purely optional.
If you're booking on behalf of someone else, please use their name and contact details rather than your own. Bit confusing when an appointment for Bob is actually for Jennifer.
We've added the option for you to pay when you book. It's not compulsory, and all payments are handled securely through Square Pay. You can still pay after your appointment using good old fashioned cash, bank card, contactless or with your mobile phone.
If it's your first appointment and you're not quite sure what's going on then a longer appointment is generally advisable. Unless it's a problem with something like your foot in which case a shorter appointment would be fine.
